Your Role: Electrical Technician Apprentice
As an Electrical Technician Apprentice, you will provide maintenance mechanic support on all manufacturing and mechanical equipment within Operations and Utilities.
The ‘Earn to Learn' Manufacturing Program

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)
High School diploma or GED
Electrical and mechanical aptitude
Successful completion of Post Offer Physical Exam
Applicants must be current residents of Indiana
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position
Additional Information:
Location: Clinton, IN Manufacturing Site
The apprenticeship will last for 3 years, beginning in August 2025.
This position is not permanent. It is for a fixed duration of three years with potential to extend annually for up to 4 years.
