Human Resources Business Partner (Finance)

We are now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Networking business in the US. You'll partner with cross-functional groups outside the US and serve as a subject matter expert in US practices. You will need excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills. You must be able to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment,

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the point of contact for all HR related matters in the US.
  
• Work in collaboration with the Networking leadership teams and other HR functions in and outside the US.
  
• Coordinate transfers into and out of the US.
  
• Stretch your capabilities and demonstrate initiative by taking part in the global HRBP community and projects.
  
• Providing local technical and professional knowledge to guide the creation of compliant HR policies, procedures and entitlements.
  
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling HR issues with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality.
  
• Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to ensure effective performance management, coaching, and development plans for team members.
  

What we need to see:

• 5 years of experience relevant to the tasks above.
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  
• Experience in a fast-paced and hands-on role, preferably with a global environment and a diverse employee base.
  
• Adept in Microsoft Office and Workday /HRIS systems, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  
• Good organization skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving, good time management, and task prioritization skills.
  
• Dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision and agile.
  
• Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality .
  
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust, fairness, and credibility with employees, managers, and other partners in a multicultural environment.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Proficiency in Hebrew is an advantage).

The base salary range is 80,000 USD - 172,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
