Manager-Project Controls (Finance)
Primary Purpose:
This role is a proactive leadership role that is responsible for all project services functions and resources in the project. The Project Controls Manager position should bring an assurance to the company that the project meets all commercial, financial, documentation, cost and schedule requirements utilizing Project Controls best practices. This position serves as a point of contact for the Vice President of Project Management, reporting operationally to the Director of Project Controls.Minimum requirements:
Education:
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field is highly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent with 10 years or more of experience will also qualify and be considered for this role.

Travel to field locations may be required but is estimated to be less than 10% of time. Department members will have a heavy workload, with unplanned overtime and changes in work priorities; multiple projects with short turnaround time are common.

Compensation: Compensation ranges are provided in good faith based on what we anticipate when researching wages for this position at the state and national levels. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
