Assistant Professor - Applied Computational Dynamical Systems (Finance)
We are interested in someone with expertise in dynamical systems involving computational techniques, or applications and interactions of dynamical systems with other fields. Possible directions include: mathematical physiology, biomedical informatics, applied topology, atmospheric science, large deviations, uncertainty quantification in complex models, aperiodic order, number theory, statistical mechanics, probabilistic and quantum algorithms, rigorous numerics, or computer-assisted proof. This recruitment will also advance our educational mission and foster closer interaction and productive collaborations with the UH Computer Science Department, the UH/HPE Data Science Institute, or the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences.

Qualifications:
A minimum requirement for this position is a PhD in Mathematics, or a related field.
