Position Summary
Independently, with moderate supervision, analyzes and researches technical problems of moderate complexity. Provides a wide range of technical assistance to end users supporting: Cloud, DevOps, Operations (Middleware, Database, Server & Storage) and Technical support for organizational users.
Provides direction and support throughout the duration of processes and projects, from the design stages to testing, through to final production. Functions performed include defining and maintaining support documentation and responding to contingencies during the IT cycle of events. Professionals in this field ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems by effectively managing projects and resources while maintaining accurate documentation and addressing unforeseen challenges.
What You'll Do:
The IT Analyst or Sr IT Analyst position within the delivery team entails numerous duties including standing up new initiatives, continual learning, establishing systems, drafting knowledge base (KB) articles, providing training, and overseeing Organizational Change Management (OCM). Responsibilities span managing employee interactions with technology, deploying IT solutions, and collaborating with different departments to ensure a great employee experience.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Proven background in data analysis and business analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Experience with general IT support and Agile methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Strong understanding of IT systems, software deployment, and troubleshooting.
Ability to create clear and concise KB articles and technical documentation.
Experience in conducting training sessions and creating training materials.
