Job Description The Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by being the first point of contact for visitors and managing incoming communications. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and facilitating the efficient flow of information between departments and external stakeholders. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
