Job Description:
An Asset Management Administrator is required to work with the wider IT department based in our Tampa office. The Asset Management Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of hardware and software asset management from procurement, discovery and tracking, reporting, auditing, and renewals to disposal of assets in line with IT security and governance standards. As well as owning the day-to-day operations and management of the lifecycle of assets, you will be working closely with the finance team to ensure cost allocations are accurate and that the configuration management database is regularly updated. You will also undertake staff on-boarding and off-boarding tasks ensuring correct hardware/software assignment, asset tagging, and collection of equipment for leavers as well as governing the lost/stolen policies to ensure the adherence to company policy.

Scope of Services
Insight Global, LLC is a temporary staffing agency located in Tampa, Florida that specializes in placing short-term, long-term, and permanent hires. The salary is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
