Assistant Sourcing Manager Swim (Security)
Position Summary
As an Assistant Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Associate Sourcing Manager to assist with the product management of programs including time and action calendars, cost and cost negotiations, and vendor communication.

- Assist Associate Sourcing Manager and build knowledge of landing of costs, cost breakdown analysis, cost negotiations, IMU goals.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Help monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Assist Associate Sourcing Manager on T&A analysis and building knowledge on production timing and lead-times.
- Fabric / Trim Development - Send out counter developments to vendors and track all submissions. Review with Management and build and understanding of acceptable quality and development.
- Monitor and track prototypes, line adoption and photo samples to calendar milestones dates and all sample, fabric, and CAD development tracking.
- Communicate and follow up with vendors, mills, and cross functional partners daily.
- Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Retail Merchandising, Business/International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework
- Up to 2 years of experience in product management, sourcing or related field or recent college graduate with relevant internships or coursework.
