Athletic Trainer, Olympic Sports (Project Management)
The Athletic Trainer, Olympic Sports, under the medical-legal supervision of the head team physician and the head athletic trainer, with primary responsibility to assigned Olympic Sport(s). Responsibilities include prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of injuries within the University's comprehensive athletic medicine program. The Athletic Trainer is empowered with the unchallengeable authority to determine management and return to play of any ill or injured athlete, as the athletic trainer deems appropriate, and authorized with unchallengeable authority to cancel or modify any workout for health and safety reasons, as deemed appropriate.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months of experience.
