Position Summary As a member of the Operations team, the Property Manager will lead a team to ensure the condition of each property is in line with company standards. The Property Manager will assist with inspections as needed. The Property Manager will primarily focus on schedule creation, project management, communication, and leading a strong and effective team. Duties & Responsibilities • Oversee residential rental properties. • Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness. • Manage the day-to-day repairs, ongoing maintenance, and upkeep of properties. • Create, monitor, and complete daily task schedules for the team, cleaners, vendors, etc. • Facilitate communication between operations and our support team updating guests/owners as necessary. • Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments. • Conduct meetings with team members, vendors, and owners. Work as a team with your Owner Rep to ensure all tasks and communication are completed in a timely manner.
