What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions to improve residents' communication and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

What We're Looking For:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to resident-focused care
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting (preferred but not required)
