The current EWA for this position is Hybrid or Fully Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.
New Business Operations is responsible for new account setup, contract issuance, and managing relationships with Financial Advisors. New account setup encompasses the review of applications to ensure that all transactions are issued accurately, timely, and comply with state and federal regulations. A significant focus in the department is driving the successful issuance of contracts through transfer of assets from other financial institutions. We also focus heavily on building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal partners and Financial Advisors which is a critical component to successfully issue contracts.
Daily responsibilities for this role include: Oversight of a team of 8-12 New Business Service associates, performance management, de-escalation of calls/cases, and partnering across different areas to identify opportunities to simplify or enhance the customer experience. Ideal candidates should display proficient issue resolution skills, and have a proven track record of customer advocacy.
