Lead, Group Supported Employment (Finance)
2. Assist Program Manager with review of program participant documentation and program reports completed and submitted by Employment Skills Trainers (ESTs) to ensure timely review, appropriate signatures and dates and proper upload of required file documents. This includes review of daily narratives, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on participants to ascertain type of work recommended and any limitations due to program participants individual functional limitations.
3. Assist site ESTs with the development of methods and/ or processes to improve quality and quantity of work performance of program participants, evaluation of participants' social and behavioral skills to make recommendations to improve these skills. This may include, but is not limited to one on one task learning/training to program participants, as needed. Assist with recommendations for client placement, advancement or release from program.
4. Where feasible, once appropriate vocational and social skills have been acquired, refer participant to Program Manager to initiate program participant advancement within group supported employment program model, competitive community employment or alternate programming.
5. Assist with conducting site tours/assessments/intake for clients referred by external agencies/community services boards as needed.
6. Provide site coverage as a "floater" in the event assigned staff is absent or on scheduled leave.
7. Assist with site visits as needed in Central Virginia / Hampton Roads areas at least once per month or as scheduled.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 Years' experience in a related field required.
• No professional certifications are required for this position.
• Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record are required.
• Required to pass state and federal criminal background and sex offender checks. Depending upon contract specifications, may also be required to pass CPS and LEIE background checks and other background checks as necessary.
• Ability to operate PC and databases. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook.

Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions
• The associate is required to lift 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Walking or standing to a significant degree involves sitting most of the time with a degree of pushing and pulling.
• The associate works in a moderate work environment with occasional exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).
• The associate is required to travel throughout the Goodwill service area.
