2025 Guest Services Associate (Administrative)

Must be 18 years of age or older. Main role is to provide an excellent guest experience by providing information and answers to guest questions and resolving guest issues and concerns. These team members provide exceptional service for a great first impression. Responsible for processing guests orders and operating Point of Sale equipment with proper procedures as well as processing season passes.

Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet park needs. Must be friendly and outgoing, ability to work in the heat (up to 105 plus) and stand for long periods, and to interact with guests in a courteous and pleasant manner while being quick and efficient. Math skills and attention to detail required. Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces.

Pay based on experience.
