This internship provides an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented college student to support our teams across operations, sales, engineering, quality, finance, and marketing.
What You'll Do:
- The intern will assist the HR team with employee engagement projects
- Gather and analyze HR data for various reports
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholder group to ensure successful completion of assigned projects
- Assist with the update and creation of HR documentation
- Perform ad-hoc requests in line with business priorities
Do You Have?..
- Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate 4-year degree program in Business, Human Resources, or related degree
- Standing junior or senior
- Strong decision making, judgment and analytical ability.
- Good interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with software programs like Word or Excel.
Compensation
Employee Type: Hourly
Salary Minimum: $40,000
Salary Maximum: $45,000
