Payroll Specialist (Administrative)
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist for the Compensation and Benefits Department.
The Payroll Specialist is to provide outstanding payroll and benefits services to our internal members through our core values of human dignity, stewardship, sensible innovation, and craftsmanship. The Payroll Specialist must protect the confidentiality of our employee base (current, past, and future). The primary job responsibilities of this role are focused on supporting payroll and benefits processes for Credit Human employees.
When reporting to the Payroll Team, this role primarily supports the following payroll functions: maintaining all employee data, processing all biweekly payroll functions, reconciling payroll general ledgers, creating wire requests, generating reports, coordinating year-end payroll activities, answering all employee inquiries, and troubleshooting employee UKG system issues, all with precision and integrity.
