Description The Self-Advocacy and Participant Education Specialist will work directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), empowering them to have a voice in their own lives and communities. This role is designed to foster independence, provide tools for self-advocacy, and create peer engagement opportunities. The specialist will develop and implement educational training, peer-led groups, and activities that promote leadership, self-advocacy, and community inclusion.This role is ideal for someone passionate about disability advocacy, peer empowerment, and education.
