Men's Locker Room Attendant
Classification: Hourly/Non-exempt
Hourly rate $16-$19, based on experience
Shifts vary per week. 3-4 shifts/week.
Part-time seasonal position from late March to end of October
The right candidate could be offered a year-round full-time position

The Men's Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining high standards in all locker room services and operations. He finds the balance between member hospitality and daily cleaning/locker room upkeep. He constantly seeks opportunities to create an exceptional experience by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and building relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain and ensure immaculate locker room facilities for Members/ Guests - monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the locker room/ facility using a 'clean as you go' philosophy - locker/dressing areas picked up, vanity areas wiped down and cleaned after each use, towels stocked and stacked orderly, products straightened after each use, soiled towels and trash removed frequently, showers and toilets clean, dry and free of periodicals/trash, etc. items.
Maintaining up to date locker inventory. Must work with Accounting Office to ensure billing accuracy.
Keep toiletries, paper goods, and towels stocked at all times
Polish shoes
Be attentive to members/guests and try to anticipate their needs on a consistent basis. Take pride in service.
Notify management of Member/Guest complaints at the time they occur. Rectify, practicing service recover, any complaints as soon as possible.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work independently and keep productive without constant supervision
Must be able to communicate clearly with members, guests, and management
Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lb.
Must be able to stand and work on their feet for extended periods of time
Must be able to follow directions
Must be a problem solver
Must adhere to all uniform, grooming and hygiene standards set by the Club
Must be punctual and reliable
