HR Generalist (Administrative)
Summary of Job:
This position is responsible for providing an exceptional employee experience by delivering first-class customer service and HR support in the areas of onboarding, benefits, engagement, compliance, offboarding, and HRIS.Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
3-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Solid foundational knowledge of benefits/general HR processes, regulations, and laws; familiarity with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, DOL and IRS regulations.
Experience with an HRIS system preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to include professional work experience creating tables, charts, graphs, and formulas.

Proven ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and handling of sensitive information.
Exceptional attention to detail; highly organized with ability to prioritization required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Customer-service orientation paired with strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
Self-starter who quickly learns new business processes, new systems, and tools.
Self-motivated and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment.
