Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN Business Development liaison to market Traditions home health services to the community, hospitals, skilled nursing communities, elder attorneys & assisted Living communities. As a Business Development liaison, you will promote Traditions services by cultivating relationships with referral sources, conducting presentations, and providing home care information and options. You will explain our services in detail to the clients, family members, nurses, physicians, attorneys and social workers. Top candidates will be proficient multitaskers, sensitive to the needs of others and discreet. Must be willing to travel and visit hospitals, clinical communities, & networking events. You must be comfortable meeting face to face with all and be comfortable presenting and answering questions pertaining to care plans and cost / payment options for care. Clinical Liaison Responsibilities: Implementing marketing plans to achieve sales goals. Cultivating relationships with sources to generate repeat referrals. Participating in the facility's marketing education, ensuring knowledge of their resources, and maintaining knowledge of competitor's service lines. Attending seminars and conferences to promote the business. Collaborating with clinical facility personnel regarding referrals, evaluations, and marketing activities. Reviewing physicians' orders and patients' clinical needs and gathering clinical information. Conducting assessments to establish the suitability of prospective admissions. Communicating activities and concerns to supervisor. Completing required paperwork, managing correspondence, and maintaining data in CRM. Other duties as assigned.
