Procurement Analyst (Finance)
The Procurement Analyst position plays a critical role in supporting the procurement operations function working closely with our 3rd party vendor and our Source to Pay Platform. This includes program tracking and reporting. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Procurement Analyst will develop and create engaging PowerPoint slide decks for Procurement presentations to senior leadership. Essential Functions:
• Support the procurement team with spend analytics and identification of cost savings and process improvement opportunities
• Develop, track, and report procurement KPIs to measure the performance of the procurement organization and vendors
• Prepare and maintain vendor scorecards to ensure supplier performance meets organizational expectations and contractual obligations
• Collaborate with procurement team members and internal stakeholders to support the RFx process, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices to drive value and operational efficiencies
• Support procurement team members in managing vendor relationships to ensure value delivery
• Manage small and medium-sized projects, as assigned, driving process improvements and efficiencies
• Analyze and optimize the procurement process to drive cost savings and identify process improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the development of supplier diversity initiatives and programs, including the identification of diverse vendors
