Business Intelligence Developer (Finance)

What you'll do

• Analyze, design and develop data models. Design, develop and deploy systems to automate data processing and custom projects.
• Develop procedures to extract data from source systems.
• Convert business ideas through the development life cycle from conception to technical implementation.
• Maintain database, data warehouse and business intelligence tools knowledge including training and implementation of tool upgrades and patches.

What experience you need

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 5-7 years of related experience
• Diverse technology / program management background
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects end to end, keeping stakeholders updated and engaged throughout
• Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred

What could set you apart

• Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision
• Experience designing and developing big data processing solutions using Dataflow/Apache Beam, Bigtable, BigQuery, PubSub, GCS, Composer/Airflow, and others
• Experience with backend technologies such as JAVA
• Data analysis and writing queries
• Source code control management systems (e.g. SVN/Git, Github) and build tools like Maven & Gradle
• Agile environments (e.g. Scrum, XP)
• Relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL)
• Atlassian tooling (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, and Github)
• Developing with modern JDK (v1.7+)
• Automated Testing: JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, SoapUI
