General Description
Under the direction of the Senior Director of ERP Systems, Workday Technical Analysts are the subject matter experts in Workday's configuration and support. This includes the implementation, configuration, customization, security, integrity, and ongoing support of all functional user groups. Our Workday Technical Analysts are expected to have experience with Extend, Web Services, Studio, Python, XML, and Security Configurations.
Our Workday Technical Analyst supports configuring and maintaining value-added solutions to meet the business's user requirements and reporting needs. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution, internal user performance, and system support, as required.
This position will collaborate with internal users across the organization. Our Workday Technical Analyst also work with vendor-based consultants and services to ensure continued operation. This role requires sound technical skills in Workday and extensive problem-solving skills.
