Maintenance Spare Parts (Finance)
Responsible for administrative support and tasks for the maintenance spare part team. Operations such as stock taking transactions, orders placing for supplies, parts, and components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
Contribute and analyze the stocking policy, define and update the stock parameters.
Manage stock parameters for maintenance spare parts to ensure their availability.
Ensure that the stock profile contributes to production needs and suppliers' offer.
Manage stock level. Define solutions to optimize stock level.
Ensure quality & consistency of key data and parameters.
Define the proper procurement mode with purchasing and maintenance team: on inventory or ordered on need (call-off stock) with agreed time availability. Set the inventory parameters.
Quote and negotiate spare part prices in the framework delegated by purchasing.
Issue the purchase orders. These purchase orders are to be validated by a third party. Manage the deliveries: quantity and quality inspection. Manage the orders and invoices disputes.
Keep control of the inventory accuracy. Conduct the physical inventory counts. Manage obsolescence of parts.
Manage and improve the cost of equipment life through the spare parts management.
Education and Experience. The minimum requirements for education and experience are listed below.
