Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing)
1. Coordinate and oversee the Mold Shop personnel and ensure metrics are met. 2. Develop and implement process technology in the plant to minimize variation and optimize the manufacturing of products while reducing costs. 3. Maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and work force utilization. 4. Support the technical teams in finding root cause analysis for equipment downtime. 5. Provide technical skill, knowledge and judgment as it relates to the quality of product being produced. 6. Provide technical input and support in the advancement of equipment and tools. 7. Manage/lead plant capital improvement projects. 8. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification Level Required Level Desired Description bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
Work Experience Required Desired • 1-3 years of relevant work experience • Experience using automation to improve process and flow • Programmable logic controller experience • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of the employees, environment and site.
Travel Requirements • 5% - 10% travel. Valid driver's license required/Motor Vehicle Report Required
