Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Dedication to resident-centered care and teamwork
