Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group is a rapidly growing company currently hiring for Experienced Logistics Security Officer. We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and we're looking for a strong Logistics Security Officer to be part of the logistics process. We are a national company with many talent centers throughout the country. Metro One is seeking service-minded individuals to join our security officer team, who will bring customer service skills and continue to build on relationships with our clients. Prior security industry experience required.
Logistics Security Officer Summary:
The Logistics Officer will be responsible for manning truck access gates and/or a control center - doing tours throughout the exterior of site, monitoring alarms etc. Schedule must be flexible. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Schedule is subject to change.
Responsibilities
You will be trained and develop skills in the following:

Access control systems
Logistics Tracking Software
CCTV - Video Management Systems
Strong Computer Skills
Physical Security Inspections
Willing to stand/walk for lengthy periods.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Vehicle Inspections - Personnel Inspection
Metal Detector and Baggage Inspection Systems
Security Alarms
Proficient in Report Writing
Large/Busy Distribution Center Experience Helpful

Vacation after 6 months full time employment.

Logistics Security Officer Requirements:

Must have valid State Issued DL or ID
Must have State of Illinois Guard License, PERC
Must have 20hr Security Training Certificated or be willing to complete.
Must have documentation to complete the new hire i9.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
Must have flexibility within schedule.
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements for Security Officer.
