Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Market Expansion
Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with business growth and brand awareness objectives.Perform and analyze market research for trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for expansion.Monitor and track competitors, customers, and market trends.Evaluate new markets and develop go-to-market strategies for market segments.Partner with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives, maximize market penetration, and ensure customer engagement.
Product Launch & Brand Positioning
Lead the strategic rollout of new products, ensuring effective market positioning and messaging.Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches, including content, digital campaigns, and trade shows.Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Lead branding initiatives to enhance company reputation and differentiate Locke Solutions in the industry.
Leadership & Team Management
Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.Oversee external creative agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and company objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and leadership, to drive strategic initiatives.
Marketing Execution & Performance Analytics
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content.Leverage data and analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize performance.Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Key Results
Revenue Growth: Drive marketing strategies that support Locke Solutions goal of achieving $500M in revenue by 2035, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales growth.Market Expansion: Identify and develop strategies for new market entry and product launches, increasing market share and brand awareness.Brand Positioning: Strengthen Locke Solutions reputation as an industry leader through consistent messaging, digital presence, and targeted campaigns.Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering leadership growth, innovation, and collaboration.Budget & Resource Management: Develop, manage, and optimize monthly and annual marketing budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency.Data-Driven Marketing: Establish and track key marketing KPIs, such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to drive continuous improvement.Marketing Reporting: Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights, measuring campaign success and impact on revenue.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and business development teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.Culture & Leadership: Foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-accountability culture, serving as a brand ambassador for Locke Solutions internally and externally.
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial markets.Proven track record in market evaluation, strategic planning, and product launches.Experience managing direct reports and external agencies.Experience in budget development and financial planning for marketing initiatives and ROI-driven decision-making.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM such as HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
