Human Resources Generalist (Human Resources)
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Assist CHRO in employee relations by serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive workplace culture.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records and generate reports as needed.
HR Projects: Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.
Qualifications for HR GENERALIST
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. (In lieu of formal education, 5+ years of experience)
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
