Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Head of People and Culture to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Head of People and Culture Role Overview
The Head of People and Culture will lead the development and implementation of human resource strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This role will focus on enhancing the company's culture, improving employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Key Leadership Priorities

• Vision & Strategic Planning: Finalize and communicate a vision for Pepsi Bottling Ventures as a destination employer. Develop a detailed budget with return on investment (ROI), priorities, and timelines.
• Compensation: Establish a competitive compensation philosophy to reduce turnover. Evaluate benefits to reflect workforce needs and life stages. Enhance internal resources to support real-time compensation decisions
• Onboarding and Team Member Journey: Streamline the team member journey from recruitment to the first year. Continue advancing leadership development and organizational capability.
• Workforce Scheduling: Address mandatory overtime and maintenance-related challenges. Experiment with new schedules and solutions for seasonal staffing demands.
• Human Resource Enhancements: Build a robust workforce dashboard for data-driven decision-making. Enhance the talent acquisition strategy to strengthen applicant pipelines. Present Pepsi Bottling Ventures as a destination employer through consistent and compelling messaging.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all people-related functions, ensuring effectiveness, sound practices, efficiency, compliance, and satisfaction of business needs.
• Develop human resource strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
• Optimize and streamline organization-wide processes centered on team members, encompassing areas such as recruitment, onboarding, fostering engagement, performance management, feedback mechanisms, annual reviews, promotions, and benefits administration.
• Lead as a coach and trusted advisor to team members and leaders on complex human resource-related matters, including performance issues, investigations, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Partner with executive leaders to drive scalable, innovative, and impactful company-wide people initiatives that align with Pepsi Bottling Venture's business objectives.
• Collaborate with Suntory's People and Culture leadership to foster synergies across our organizations, shared goals, and processes.
• Provide visionary leadership and oversight to the People and Culture team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
• Identify key human resource metrics to measure and define success, measure effectiveness of people and culture initiatives, and identify, analyze, and report people and culture trends using data insights, and make improvement recommendations.
• Ensure human resource practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risk while promoting a culture of integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Professional in Human Resources / Senior Professional in Human Resources or equivalent designation
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resource experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel up to 15% of the time, including in-state, national, and international travel.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role is highly competitive and includes a performance-based bonus and executive benefits. Specifics will be discussed during the interview process.
