About the Role
At FloHawks, we take pride in delivering top-tier service to our customers, and our Service Advisors play a crucial role in making that happen. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and securing business relationships with new customers while maintaining and growing relationships with our existing client base. Your role will involve communication, estimating, scheduling, and managing accounts receivable transactions—all with a strong focus on achieving revenue goals.
Service Advisors serve as the link between customers and operations, ensuring that resources and schedules align to provide exceptional service. You will work closely with dispatchers, CSR teams, and your assigned SAA to prioritize site visits, respond to customer inquiries, and support the overall efficiency of our services.
