What You Will Do:
The Senior Manager, Field Logistics & SLP is responsible for optimizing the distribution, sales, and equipment operations to ensure efficient routing of product and resource flow. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and coordination with cross-functional teams to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvements in field logistics execution.

This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and coordination with cross-functional teams to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvements in field logistics execution. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize field operations, inventory levels, and resource management. Analyze distribution, sales, and equipment models to ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and service level improvements. Lead capacity planning initiatives to align resource and equipment capabilities with demand fluctuations and growth plans. Collaborate with regional and local field teams to improve last-mile delivery efficiencies. Monitor key logistics metrics (OTIF, lead times, cost per case, etc.) and drive corrective actions as needed. Implement best practices in route optimization, warehouse/sales operations, and equipment planning. Partner with cross-functional departments and vendors to ensure optimal service and compliance with SLAs. Work closely with Sales, Distribution, Demand Planning, and Customer Service teams to align logistics plans with business needs. Partner with Operations and Finance to drive cost optimization strategies and budget management. Engage with IT and digital teams to implement technology-driven logistics solutions, such as route optimization tools and real-time tracking. Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven forecasting, and predictive analytics in logistics planning. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies. Drive sustainability efforts in logistics, such as optimizing fuel efficiency and reducing carbon footprint For this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or field distribution planning, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, TMS, WMS, etc.), data analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel. Strong Business Acumen and Strategic solutioning mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration across teams. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability. Proven change management capabilities. Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years. *
