The purpose of this position is to provide consultation on talent management solutions in support of company strategy and growth. This is achieved by leading the design and development of complex talent management programs and tools in the areas of job analysis and design, career and progression pathing, talent hiring/promotion, skill and performance assessment, and succession planning. responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex talent management systems in a wide variety of areas such as job design/career pathing, talent selection/promotion, skill and performance assessment, and succession planning
responsible for driving continuous improvement of talent management programs by proactively identifying gaps and opportunities and recommending potential solutions for improvement
responsible for providing consultation and I/O expertise to individual business areas and project teams to create and implement unique and customized solutions
Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology or equivalent professional work experience (6 years) performing I/O-specific consultation and content development work.
3 years of professional experience designing and developing talent management solutions including areas such as conducting job design and analysis, developing performance measurement processes and tools, identifying valid assessments for use in selection, conducting statistical analyses, etc. and
2 years professional experience participating on related project teams and/or consulting on the use of related tools and processes
Be at least 20 years of age and have a valid driver's license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
knowledge of job analysis and selection and performance evaluation principles, theory, and methodologies and how to apply it to create successful business solutions.
knowledge of legal standards (i.e., adverse impact) including of Title VII, EEOC Uniform Guidelines, EEO principles and systemic discrimination issues, etc.

Experience with developing talent management solutions in large scale and/or retail environments
