Infosys is seeking a Group Manager, Sales Effectiveness. You will be responsible for developing the overall priorities and roadmaps for thought leadership, sales, global services and innovation. This will require engagement externally with clients, prospects, industry associations, and expert networks, and will require internal coordination with Infosys Center for Emerging Technologies, the Infosys Knowledge Institute, and the global network organization. The Group Manager is expected to be able to operate as a leader in a matrixed organization and engage independently with senior individuals internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Partnering with Marketing, Infosys Knowledge Institute, Sales teams, and other relevant groups to set an agenda and manage outcomes
Engaging with external and internal groups to stay current on trends and innovations
Developing / supporting the development of content appropriate for external publication, go to market materials, and internal education.
Supporting special projects and initiatives, and take on other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
11+ years of similar work experience.
Knowledge of retirement industry acquired through related work experience.
Executive experience in strategy, innovation, thought leadership.
Strong external and internal presence and excellent communications skills to lead and motivate peers and leaders
