Collect and record patient data, such as range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning:
Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Modify treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Medicare, and state licensing boards.
• Collaboration:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and effective care.
