As a Business Partner Finance, Facilities Finance, you'll play a crucial role in crafting the future of our facilities management and financial operations. This outstanding opportunity in Santa Clara, CA, allows you to merge strategic analysis with hands-on financial management. You'll be at the forefront of driving scalable planning, reporting, and analytics, partnering with teams across the organization to ensure seamless and effective operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with Facilities leaders to strategically manage NVIDIA's global facilities portfolio, ensuring efficient business decisions related to renewals, expansions, and new locations.
  
• Conduct detailed reviews of key cost drivers in Facilities projects, identifying potential alternatives for investment optimization and building algorithms to prioritize projects over multiple years.
  
• Forecast facility investments, operating, and capital expenditures accurately, with continual monitoring and assessment of quarterly variance risks and opportunities.
  
• Manage the monthly close process for Facilities, supporting Corporate Finance and Accounting for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to expedite the review of Facilities Investments for senior Finance management approval.
  

What we need to see:

• BS/BA or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or an Engineering degree with an MBA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  
• 12+ overall years of Finance experience required, specializing in business financial planning and analysis. 5+ years of experience supporting a Facilities organization in a large, global corporation.
  
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
  
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective collaboration within and outside the company.
  
• Proven track record in building collaborative team partnerships and mentoring Finance Facilities teams.
  
• Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with experience in SAP and BPC or equivalent experience as a plus.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of financial processes in accounting, tax, and treasury to identify and address relevant matters.
  
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The base salary range is 256,000 USD - 391,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
