Fleet Data Analyst (Project Management)

Position Summary:  The Fleet Data Analyst assists fleet operations across multiple fronts by:

Essential Functions:

• Conduct quantitative, qualitative data analysis, resolve data issues, and support the integration of data into Fleet systems.
• Compile and analyze data and formulate reports for Fleet management.
• Participate in the development of Fleet systems including the development of business requirements and the testing of new features.
• Provide support for Fleet systems and serve as backup to enter and maintain pertinent vehicle information.
• Perform special projects within department as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business with data analytics focus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present clear and understandable findings, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to both manage work independently and work well in a team environment
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in R, SQL, Power BI, or other dashboarding tool
