Part-Time Project Admin
Shermco is looking to hire a part-time project admin who will assist with day to day office and project related duties.
Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Answer incoming telephone calls, route callers to intended recipient or take messages as appropriate
- Upload Microsoft office and PDF documents to customer system
- Typing, filing, copying and test report compilation, monthly report updates, project assistance, form update, travel arrangements as requested
- Assist with purchasing
- Provide support functions as needed or requested by the production and project management team.
- Interface with accounting on paperwork problems or investigation requirements
- Arrange rental agreements
- Perform special projects as requested
- Other duties as needed or assigned by Management
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and periodic, unannounced random drug tests.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Must be able to work at a desk and cubicle regularly using a PC and telephone with or without reasonable accommodations.
