Pay Rate: $90,000 - $100,000 plus commission (based on experience)
Region: Ohio, Michigan, Illinois
Work Location: Fully remote. Candidate must live in the above region.
Position Summary:
Fechheimer Account Manager's goals are being industry leaders that achieve high level of customer relationships while servicing our dealer network and end user agencies needs. We are looking for sales professionals that are goal-oriented, targeting how to grow revenue & market share in their territory. Fechheimer account managers also help gain new/maintain existing contracts/programs by solving customers uniform needs & requirements. Team Work: additionally, we need this role to coordinate with our internal players: marketing, accounts receivable, order entry and planning.
Responsibilities:
- Own customer relationship
- Prospect, develop and build relationships at the end-user lever to generate growth.
- Develop strategies and tactics to counter competitors' activities
- Identify customer uniform needs
- Recommend alternative products that benefit the end user and promote add-on sales
- Share insight and product knowledge with customers
- Maintain the requirements of new & existing contracts
- Update CRM including account activities, opportunity size, probability of success, and close date
- Lead development
- Provide details that forecast of revenue/units and customer activity and retention issues
- Inventory Planning - Uniform program review including: (forecast, timeline, action items, next steps)
- Drive continuous improvement in dealer/end user all client relationships for business retention & growth
- Provides regular input to sales leadership for strategic planning, sales forecasting and core process improvements from interactions and feedback from assigned customers
- Works collaboratively with dealers & Sales Management to develop and execute strategy
- Ability to work trade show & dealer day/events
- Conduct product and program demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and Product Development to achieve business plan goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of direct sales experience, apparel industry sales a plus.
- Proficient with CRM systems.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Travel up to 75% of the time.
- A valid drivers license.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate programs.
- Ability to analyze sales reporting data and take appropriate action.
- Ability to utilize technical devices including smartphones and tablets.
- Manage distributors and drive sales through distribution channels.
- Proven track record of success and ability to close business quickly.
- Increase sales and margins.
- Effectively utilize CRM.
