What You Will Do: Coca-Cola Beverages Florida seeks to add a key member to its team by employing a dynamic business professional as its nextClaims Manager - Enterprise Risk Management. The Claims Manager under the general direction of the VP of Risk Management and Sustainability and the Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for helping with the administration of Coke Florida's risk management program including: Assistance with all casualty claims managed across the organization from intake to settlement with high emphasis on AL/GL claims Monitoring of Return -To- Work program Interact with managers, vendors, and leadership to execute risk management strategy Roles and Responsibilities: Conducts audits of the claims process to include coverage analysis, investigation, valuation, scope, estimate, reserving and the accurate disposition of claims Interface with outside adjusters/TPA/and defense counsel in claim handling Communicates effectively with agents, policyholder, TPA, and all External and Internal Stakeholders Monitor and diary of claims via use of internal RMIS system Provide technical direction and authority on files as warranted Oversight of RTW program administration Interface with internal managers and supervisors on incident reporting and post-incident investigation Work within the team to request sufficient authority to push claims to closure per Chart of Authority Prepare and oversee reports to specific business units as needed Attend department wide meetings, trainings and quarterly claims review Continually develop ways to mitigate risk and reduce liability and claim expense Develops, analyzes and reports metrics useful in measuring claim performance as well as the effectiveness of the claim's operations For this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience in field At least 5 years of experience in insurance claim Comprehensive knowledge of claims, claim management and insurance Willingness to travel as assigned Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role: Ability to work well within a small team Attention to detail and ability to follow through In-depth understanding of legal regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Customer service background Ability to organize, document, and control both digital and physical data
