Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services, focusing on sensory integration techniques.
• Evaluate patients' sensory processing abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for residents with sensory and cognitive needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate and support families and caregivers on techniques to promote continued improvement.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California.
• Experience or interest in sensory integration therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate leadership in patient care.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and driven to help others.
