Job Summary
The Enterprise Valuations (EV) Leader - Credit Products will establish and manage an Enterprise Valuations operation to support the first line of defense (1LOD) for the Commercial & Private Banking (C&PB) organization. This leader will oversee enterprise valuation analyses, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of outputs through the effective utilization of onshore and offshore resources. By collaborating with underwriting deal teams and the Outsourcing Leader, the EV Leader will optimize valuation workflows and drive alignment across the credit products function.

Pay Range: 117,185 - 155,270 - 193,355

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and Manage an Enterprise Valuation Operation: Design, implement and manage an EV framework for the C&PB organization, ensuring processes and tools align with organizational goals. Assess staffing requirements and third-party resource needs. Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved, including Credit Risk, and applicable approvals are obtained.
• Perform & Oversee Valuation Analyses: Manage the execution of enterprise valuations using both onshore and offshore resources, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all valuation deliverables. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration with Internal Partners: Collaborate with underwriting deal teams on valuation analyses and provide insights that drive informed credit decisions. Work closely with the Outsourcing Leader for Credit Products to identify, onboard, and manage third-party resources for EV needs, optimizing efficiency and maintaining high standards of performance.
• Communication & Process Management: Partner with the Credit Products Operations team to ensure seamless communication and integration of EV valuation support into existing workflows. Provide clear updates and training on processes related to EV support.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to address complex valuation questions and deliver customized solutions for deal-specific scenarios.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge about credit offerings (products and services), risk management, and internal policies and procedures.
• Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions related to EV or third-party support.
• Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to EV or related support.
• Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.

• Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
• Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

• Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum experience required: 7+ Years of experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, or a related field within the financial services industry.
• Experience performing Enterprise Valuations.
• Experience leading a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education level preferred: Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent)

• Occasional travel to hub markets including Beverly Hills, New York, Michigan and others TBD.
