Job Summary:
Position provides management, strategic planning, and problem-solving support for the Transition Advisor Disability Specialists (TADS) group. Partners with senior leaders from functional areas within the division to integrate TADS strategies into the business plan, to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include program development including production and success metrics, leading team-focused strategic initiative, collaboration with vendors and business partners as well as employee training and project management.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

Develop and maintain high standards of quality assurance in all aspects of the TADS process
Develop and implement strategies to optimize team efficiencies and business impact
Ensure the effective application of the Capability Model to improve RTW outcomes, STD to LTD rollover rates and lower durations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with broader business objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing disability claims.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve claimant outcomes.
Collaborate with technology, vendors and business partners across the claims organization to ensure integrated collaboration and drive results.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on team performance and initiatives.
Represent the TADS team in meetings and discussions with senior leadership.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in disability claim management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of STD and LTD processes, as well as RTW strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving team performance.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
