Position Summary

Researches, troubleshoots, monitors and maintains systems that affect non-critical system components with a limited number of stakeholders. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Print/Document Telecommunications Production Control Data Center/Operations Service Desk Client Services.

The successful candidate coordinates with Facilities, Telecom, Network and Endpoints to make sure all information is accurate for the technicians. They will support management with reports and task management. This role is not expected to advance beyond the Associate level unless notable change to job duties occur.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Researches and determines most effective method to resolve technical issues for familiar technologies.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves problems using established policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma, or GED, required.

  • Related technical experience preferred.
