Healthcare Valuation Intern (Personal Services)
Associate interns work as part of a client service team on a variety of “real life” accounting and consulting projects. Each intern receives mentorship and support to help guide their success. A formal evaluation process rates performance based on the quality of work, application of accounting and consulting knowledge, and ability to meet time constraints.

•Assumes individual responsibility to learn all new technology introduced by the Firm as appropriate for service/practice area.
•Performs all duties described under job description.
•Develop technical proficiency and competence.
•Work effectively as part of a client service team.
•Contribute to positive work environment by assisting associates and other interns. Develop rapport with the Firm's existing clients.
•Gain thorough understanding of HORNE LLP's existing clients.
•Demonstrate an understanding of appropriate business etiquette, including proper dress and business correspondence.
•Seek to learn through training and individual study.
Qualifications:
•Junior, Senior, or Masters student actively pursuing an accounting degree
•Proficiency with computer and spreadsheet software programs, or software appropriate to practice area
•General knowledge of accounting principles, income taxes, business valuation, equity research or consulting area as appropriate
