Position Summary:
As the Vice President of Distribution Intelligence Solutions, you will be part of Northern Trust Asset Management's Wealth Client Group ("WCG"), primarily supporting distribution in the intermediary channel with a focus on Data and Technology. You will be working with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance and other corporate functions to deliver at-scale change in our technology, reporting, and analytical capabilities. In your role, you will support WCG's strategic business enablement agenda through the development of distribution technology and data, providing thought leadership that supports the modernization of current platform.
The Vice President of Distribution Intelligence Solutions will report to the Head of Distribution Business Intelligence for WCG and be part of a team that is charged with transforming data and technology into a more valuable business asset in our journey to grow the intermediary channel. This role collaborates with team members across the enterprise to ensure that WCG data and technology programs have the leadership and focus for successful delivery and adoption.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned multi-disciplinary person with extensive technical and business knowledge and experience. The candidate will have demonstrated experience designing and executing of data and technology projects for distribution in a large financial organization, working effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate alignment with stakeholders across the organization.

Salary Range:
$133,500 - 226,900 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
