General Description
The Program Supervisor II will provide overall contract management support to ODHS contracts. Areas of responsibilities include liaison with contractor, continuous quality and risk management, clinical and administrative supervision of service providers. Will be able to demonstrate knowledge of issues frequently affecting families such as mental health, drug and alcohol abuse, poverty, and lack of resources.
Minimum Qualifications
At least two years' experience working with youth as an ILP Specialist in the last five years. QMHA eligible with five years' experience providing family-centered support services, in-home services, work with high-risk families, and/or oversight of these services. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and record keeping software.
Qualified applicants will demonstrate knowledge of ODHS services and systems and be able to work within that structure. Knowledge in the areas of teaching, child development, child and family mental health, social learning theory, behavior management skills, and social determinants of health. Experience must include work with at-risk families, preferably using change-based family preservation models. Must have respectful, open, unbiased, accepting attitude toward clients and their families. Must be able to pass an ODHS background check and/or fingerprinting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, human services, counseling, or related field. Supervisory experience in a related field.
