Sales Operations Analyst, Sampling Program (Remote/Hybrid) (Finance)

Position Overview

The Omnipod 5 Sampling Program is an important and valuable service that Insulet provides to HCPs and potential new patients. The program's goal is to increase new customer starts by making it easier for HCPs to offer Omnipod 5 to patients and easier for patients to get started on Omnipod 5. The customers of this service are HCPs and potential new patients with the Insulet Field Sales Organization being a key stakeholder driving the success of the program.

The Sales Operations Analyst, Sampling Program is a key player in support of this strategic initiative and will be responsible for coordinating elements that are foundational to the program's operations, communicating with Field Sales and Vendor Partner(s), and executing daily operational activities under the direction of Sampling Program leadership in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with commercial teams, plan, organize and execute program activities that support the program's function such as target lists for HCPs and sales reps
• Ensure program files are accurate and ready to be utilized in accordance with program deadlines
• Coordinate processes that ensure sufficient inventory on-hand at Vendor Partner(s) to support program volume and territory allocation
• Collaborate with Vendor Partner(s) and Field Sales to close open items impacting HCP sample kit orders
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve program issues working collaboratively with Field Sales, Vendor Partner(s), Commercial Teams and Sampling Program leadership
• Prioritize and respond to Field Sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor daily program progress and address any unanticipated activities
• Perform related duties as required

Education and Experience

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in a customer support, program coordination or sales operations roles

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree

• This position can be remote in the United States, hybrid or in-person at our Acton, MA or San Diego, CA offices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,525.00 - $95,287.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
