Job Requirements:
Increase the companys efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of industrial electrical projectsPrepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget and schedule of values for project start upMaintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billingMaintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other tradesExecute project close out including preparation of O & M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare partsDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial Water / Wastewater Can manage project contact size of $12 Million and greater Ability to run up to 5 projects at a timeCan lead, train, and supervise Project Managers and Project Engineers Have project controls/coordination experienceHave been exposed to industrial waste water electrical project workPossess excellent computer skills that include MS Office and AccubidDemonstrate excellent quantitative and analytical skillsHave a basic understanding of the electrical industry, particularly waste water industrial workUtilize an entrepreneurial approach to problem solvingDemonstrate excellent written and oral communication skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environmentBe able to pass a background check and drug screen
