Maintenance Supervisor - Aerospace/Manufacturer (City of Industry, CA) (Finance)
Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our City of Industry team! This position will be reporting to our Maintenance Director.

Salary: $80K - $100K
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect Production equipment periodically to identify problems and the necessary follow through maintenance
Prepare Preventive Maintenance schedules and allocate work
Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance technicians. Develop plans for departmental and employee professional growth.
Participate in the coordination of projects (e.g. renovations/continuous improvement/equipment upgrades)
Hire and supervise vendors/contractors during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.) as needed.
Inspect and maintain building support systems (HVAC, Water Towers, Vacuum Pumps, Compressed Air Systems, etc.)
Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts, materials, and back-up equipmen
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
Experience: 5 - 8 years of industrial equipment experience preferred. PLC and industrial control knowledge (Allen Bradley ControlLogix and RSlogix 500 preferred) Robotics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics. Electrical-Industrial Motor Control/Drives. Mechanical systems (Gearboxes, Pumps-vacuum principles) Gas heating systems, furnaces/ovens.
Strong technical knowledge of all building systems
Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations / O.S.H.A. standards.
Understanding of budgeting and performance management
Excellent planning and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant professional Certifications are preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree/Certificate or equivalent knowledge preferred.
